Old River Days

May 17th & 18th

Join us as we take a stroll into the past and celebrate Warsaw's River Heritage! Two fun filled days of history, art, games, food and music. Period craftsmen will demonstrate, display and sell their wares! Meet our Riverboat Captain, see cannon displays, or sit by the fire with fur trappers. 42nd Annual Jubilee Days

June 11th through 14th

This festival is designed for good old fashion family fun!   Jubilee Days attracts thousands to the Warsaw area.  There is something for everyone.  There is a carnival in Drake Harbor, 2 large circus tents full of handmade crafts, a fiddler's contest, country entertainment, royalty contests, car show, games and last but not least, a huge parade!  

The Dam Experience

NOTE:  THIS YEAR THIS EVENT WILL BE HELD JULY 5TH WITH RAIN DATE OF JULY 6TH

A huge professional fireworks display is shot from the Harry S Truman Dam and is viewed from both sides by boat and land.  Come spend the day at the beach and stay for this beautiful patriotic display.  The display is made possible only through donation we receive for the event.  If you would like to donate, please send your check to Dam Experience, PO Box 264, Warsaw, MO  65355.   Every little bit helps!

Hog Roast/Square Dance Dam Site Dancers

July 12th Community Building

Sponsored by Dam Site Square Dance Club - Hog Roast, raffles, good music lots of fun. Square dancing to follow.  Also July 15-16 Square Dancers will be in town from around the state.

Warsaw Rodeo    July  25/26

Come have a rootin' tootin' time at the RODEO!   Sponsored by the local Masonic Lodge, this event is URA and MRCA sanctioned.   Included in the event are a calf scramble, queen contest, and watch out for the Bull Riding!

29th Annual Heritage Days

October 18th & 19th                       

Celebrate the unique Warsaw area heritage with old-time demonstrations from the 1800's at the Harry S Truman Visitor's Center.  Then visit Drake Harbor and the Warsaw Community Building where scores of modern contemporary crafters display and sell their wares.  Both areas provide plenty of eating opportunities as well.  Thousand of visitors attend this festival and we can't wait to see you! Admission to the Harbor area is free. Bus transportation back and forth to Truman Dam is $4 for the entire weekend.

WBW Crafts and Collectibles Show

November 15(First Saturday of Deer Season) 

The Holiday season begins with this wonderful Christmas craft show in the Warsaw Community Building.  Get a jump on your Christmas shopping and find just the right gift for the special person on your list. 8:30 -4:30

Warsaw Antique & Unique Shop Holiday Open House

While your in town for the WBW craft show, don't forget to make the circle to all the antique and unique shops in town.  They will be all dressed up for the holiday and waiting to help you pick out that special gift.  Each shop has its own personality.  You will want to visit them all.  Many will serve refreshments.  Warsaw wants to be the place you do all your Christmas shopping!

Warsaw Lighting Ceremony & Christmas Parade

November 29th

A huge celebration is planned to "Light Up Warsaw for the Holidays"!  The downtown area has been adorned with festive white lights across the building tops.    Holiday displays are planned for Warsaw's ports of entry also.   The second annual Christmas Parade will delight the young and old.   Many shops will remain open until 8 p.m.  Kick off the holiday season WARSAW STYLE!
